Aerial With Rachel is a Hertfordshire based aerial school that offers 1-2-1s and small-group classes in aerial yoga, aerial hammock and aerial silks from a small private studio in Woolmer Green, near Knebworth.

Rachel runs sessions for Home Ed children and teens on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during term time, as well as child and adult sessions in day time/evening. Rachel usually starts off teaching students on the aerial hammock, with options to branch out in to silks, or maybe trapeze and hoop for anyone that wants an extra challenge!
